Eagles For Relief

With Texas and Florida being in states of emergency from the hurricanes, and our character trait of the month being Citizenship, Lewis & Clark is working to adopt a school in each of those states.  Our ultimate goal is to adopt an elementary school in Houston and Florida, and send 50% of money raised to help each school. This way they can buy whatever supplies they need. So here is the plan…

  • This will take place the week of September 25-29
  • If students bring a designated amount of change, they can participate in a designated dress up day! Here is the schedule
    • Monday, September 25 – Bring a penny, wear crazy socks
    • Tuesday September 26 – bring a nickel, have crazy hair
    • Wednesday September 27 – bring a dime, it’s twin day
    • Thursday September 28 – bring a quarter, it’s LC spirit day (wear blue, green or LC shirts)
    • Friday September 29 – bring a dollar, it’s Sports Day (wear your favorite team gear)
